The Strata membership experience caters to individuals holding senior leadership responsibilities within their respective organizations. We meticulously assess applicants to ensure they hold executive-level positions, allowing our members to access genuine peer support. Our evaluation involves considering various factors to ascertain if the applicant's seniority aligns with the Strata community criteria, which include:
Job titles, where the most prevalent positions among our members are CXO and VP; we seek a comparable title within the applicant's organization, industry, or geographical location.
Company size, determined by the number of full-time employees.
Reporting structure, limited to a maximum of 5 levels from the CEO (varies according to company size).
Team size managed, requiring a minimum of 10 full-time employees (varies depending on company size).
For employees of small businesses (organizations with fewer than 30 full-time employees), we welcome applicants who, within the last two years, meet our membership criteria or whose current business generated $2 million or more in annual revenue during the last fiscal year.
